At IKID, managed by ATELIERS T4 IBERICA, S.L.U., we strive to offer the best quality products. However, we understand that situations may arise in which our customers may wish to return a product. The following are the conditions for making returns in an appropriate manner and in accordance with current legislation.

Right of Withdrawal

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 calendar days of receipt of the order, in accordance with the provisions of Article 102 of the TRLGDCU.

Conditions:

  • The product must be returned in its original condition, with its packaging, accessories, manuals and labels intact.
  • No returns will be accepted for products that show signs of use, damage, or that have been assembled, modified or altered.
  • The customer is responsible for the return costs.
  • To request cancellation, you must send an email to at4iberica@at4iberica.es with the details of the order and an unequivocal statement of your decision.

2. Return due to Error or Failure in the Order

If you receive a product that does not match your order or has a shipping defect, you have 24/48 hours to report the incident.

Procedure:

  • Communicate the incident by e-mail to at4iberica@at4iberica.es.
  • IKID will assume the costs of collection and replacement of the wrong product provided that the shipment is arranged with our trusted agencies.

3. General Conditions for Returns

In order to accept any return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, unassembled and unused.
  • No returns will be accepted for damaged, soiled, smelly or modified products.
  • If the original packaging is not returned, a 15% depreciation will be applied to the value of the product.
  • Transport costs for returns due to withdrawal shall be borne by the customer.

4. Excluded Returns

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Products showing signs of misuse, wear and tear or unauthorized handling.
  • Hygiene products, such as mattresses, that have been opened.
  • Products purchased in OUTLET with previously agreed defects.
  • Textiles that have been worn or washed.
  • Customized products or made to order.

5. Reimbursement

Once the return has been received and approved, a refund will be made within 14 calendar days of receipt of the merchandise. The refund will be made using the same payment method of the initial purchase, whenever possible. For purchases paid with gift cards or coupons, a new card or coupon with the same value will be issued.


6. Product Warranty

At IKID, we guarantee the quality of our products, but if you receive an item with manufacturing defects or damaged in transit, you are entitled to request repair or replacement, in accordance with the 3-year warranty applicable to our products.

Procedure:

  • Notify the incident by e-mail to at4iberica@at4iberica.es within the same day of receipt of the order.
  • Attach photographs of the damaged product and the purchase invoice.

Resolution:

  • Replacement of defective parts.
  • Replacement of the complete product, if necessary.
  • Product repair.
  • In exceptional cases, the amount will be refunded if it is not possible to solve the incident.
